I just learned a whole lot about pine nuts,
like the fact that they come from pine cones.
And did you know that you should refrigerate them?
Because I didn't. Oopsies.
I'd like to try an Italian pine nut cookie.

Bing's in Newark sometimes has pine nut cookies or minicakes which are very tasty. Advice from one UD grad to another. Your blog is awesome by the way.
