Bacon + Beer

Scott, Amanda, Rachel and I (+ many many others) went to the Bacon and Beer Happy Hour at a little bar called Bad Decisions.

Here's a nice recap of the night on the Baltimore Sun's night watch blog.

Baskets of bacon instead of bowls of pretzels, GLBT (guac, lettuce, bacon, tomato), bacon grilled cheese, bacon + brie stuffed toast, the gut buster (suggested by me! blogged by scott), bacon scallion cheese fries and bacon cheddar cupcakes.

Don't worry, we didn't eat it all... but we tried.

Dads

These are some of my favorite pictures from graduation weekend. Had some fun with the digital macro wide angle lens, and took advantage of having so many families in one place. Would LOVE to do a whole series of these. They definitely turn out the best with both people are making the same face—like the second two here.
