Eggplant.


Lightly breaded eggplant on a bed of penne + homemade sauce (with capers), topped with Parmesan cheese. Decadent, yet inexpensive.

I find the sweet deals on the most beautiful produce every time I go to Reading Terminal Market. Annnd the lighting through our front window just begs me to take photos of dinner every night.
