Cupcake recipe from here. Super rich and moist. I cheated and used Betty Crocker Vanilla Whipped Icing. I, uhh, didn't prep the pan properly so they are bottomless cupcakes. Everyone knows the top is the best part anyway.
Ooh and I get to cross another thing off of this list!
