Nope, I didn't get one. But I thought I'd share this amazing fake one with everyone, since it was on my scanner bed when I went to scan the doodle guy. My Aunt Melissa gave me some of these when I left for college. Haven't used them nearly as much as I want to. Oh, but I will.
I scanned it at high res, so if you want some, just click the image for a huuuuge image. You can shrink the size and raise the resolution to print. This is probably ripping off some brilliant graphic designer somewhere. Wince.
The best time we used these was outside the post office in Atlanta. Melissa put it on some selfish lady's van, and we sat in the car and waited for her to come out and find it. She didn't see it, and drove off. So we followed her for like 15 minutes, into a parking garage, just to see her reaction. Haha.
We're creepy.
Thanks, Melissa.

Will take one of each T shirts! : ) They are great!
The parking tickets are a little too "out there" for me. Just not my style...and I think name-calling can be dangerous.
Your Granddad Harold encountered many oppurtunities to experience unthinking, uncaring, and perhaps uneducated folks with regard to parking. He never resorted to unkindness or name-calling in these situations.
He did however try to educate folks with regard to leaving space next to a handicapped van etc.
Most people responded positively , and I do believe that the ones who don't, wouldn't pay a whole lot of attention to the "parking ticket" either.
Am I guilty of a little "over-reacting" here? As I said a few emails ago, I'm getting a little more brave about speaking my mind as I grow older. Don't really know if this is good or bad.
Sorry you have been sick.
I check your blog several times each day...but it seems for some reason or other, I don't always receive it on the day posted.
I LIKE the new picture of you. More beautiful all the time!
Be safe and be happy.
Missing you. G. Peggy
Hahha, busted by grandma. You are right, the name calling isn't nice - which is why I've chickened out of using them many times.
My apartment for the whole past year has a very narrow driveway that is on Main Street. It's a very busy street and people block our driveway a lot. It gets hard to be nice to those people!
Grandaddy Harold had better morals than me, I'm sure. And a LOT more patience. That's definitely something I could work on.
Love you grandma!
What a great idea !
Can I copy uour idea for something to do over this weekend, Sara ? By the way, got here through notcot.org. You've been featured !
My dear Granddaughter:
I don't think it is a matter of your Granddaddy Harold having better morals than you...I think it's a matter of him having had the avantage of a whole lot of years of living.
You are right about the patience however. I used to ask him where that came from. He always told me he guessed it was all those months (and years) in the hospital...when no one responded to a call for help and there wasn't much he could do about it.
I'm still working on that "Fruit of the Spirit" called patience myself!
Be safe and be happy. G. Peggy
And you call the lady in the van selfish.
Sounds pretty immature to me. In a time where so many people get followed, attacked, beaten, and even killed, one would think such a smart young lady would make better decisions.
Surely there are better ways to intertain yourself without belittling others.
Your actions define who you are.
Character counts.
Someday - you will cry because some selfish person hurts your feelings.
How would you feel if your mother or grandmother got scared because some unknown person put a note on their window?
Yeah the entries on the fake ticket are a bit too judgmental for my taste. There must have been a good reason the poor idiot used up two parking spaces. Just kidding.
Along the same line, live and let live, why is it necessary for 10 visitors of a California State Beach to get 10 parking tickets in one hour? That's just crazy!
