Reading Terminal Market Dinner
Fresh tomatoes, a bunch of basil, and a loaf of rosemary olive bread from Reading Terminal Market became delicious bruschetta.
Added a few more scrumptious carbs with pasta and leftover roasted red pepper pesto from the Italian Market.
Om nom nom.
We're exercising our grocery shopping location options as much as possible before it's back to the work grind!
(Still working on the blurry photo issue... this one is hosted through Picasa. Hard to tell if it's blurry, actually. When you click on any of the photos to see them even larger, they aren't blurry. Interesting.)

Bear with me
I'm tweaking the HTML to modify the column width and photo sizes of my blogger template. I like this slightly wider column and larger photos, but blogger seems to max out in photo resolution once you hit a certain size (see the blurriness?). If anybody knows why this happens or how I can fix it, please let me know.
I wonder if I have to host my photos through another site. Would that make every single post pretty labor-intensive, though? If I can figure out how to make it as simple as possible for posting regularly, that would be ideal.
May be time to switch to Wordpress.
Hmph.
New Vintage Type

During my sophomore year of college, Steven Heller spoke at UD. He toured the Raven Press (letterpress studio), saw a poster I'd designed with a friend, and asked if he could use it in his new book about old typography.
We were told the title of the book would be called Old Type/New Type.
A few years passed, and every once in a while I'd look for it, but I started to think maybe it never got published.
I was wrong! They just changed the title. It's called New Vintage Type.
You'd think I would've figured that out by now on my own, but I had some help...
Last week, my friend was flipping through a typography book at work, when he noticed the poster and my name in the credits (along with Courtney Bowditch & Ray Nichols—we collaborated). What a nice surprise.
Neato.

Sautéed Cherry Tomatoes

Lately I can't get enough sautéed cherry tomatoes. So delicious with chicken and pilaf or couscous. Om nom nom.
